City was voted best place to live in America more than once (low crime rate, low cost of living.... my property taxes on a 2,000 square ft house on a qtr acre in a nice subdivision is $500 a year).
plus there is a lot of eye candy and surprisingly they all seem to have russian accents. mail order brides for the NASA nerds iyam.
