You would like Fayetteville much more than Springdale I think. Dallas is really big. I hate big cities. Springdale is the worst of the "big 4" (Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Fayetteville) Rogers is kinda like the family town. Bentonville is the business town. Springdale is just one dirty arse speed bump on your way to Fayetteville. Driving down Sunset everyday would drive me crazy. Fayetteville, college town and a nice place to live.
