WRT.... kill yourself. Bama would have stomped a mudhole in our arse and walked it dry this weekend... we have a LONG way to go if we even want to think about beating them. hopefully the swine flu had a lot to do with our performance... around 18-20 players missed practice today due to it.. including Snead.

I think it's a simple case of Ole Miss playing down to it's level of competition and Bama playing up to it's level.
If you look at won each SEC team the game it was the power running and defense.

yes.
and bama didn't look that special beating VT who had no business in the top 10 in the first place. but they looked better than ole miss and LSU, who both looked pretty shitty.
first weekend of the season though and unlike most people on here i'm not predicting the entire season based off one game, for any team that is.

Didn't you hear? Memphis is a disgrace and should be demoted to FCS. Washington, Mo State, SLU, Baton Rouge CC, WCU, South Panola HS, and Charleston Southern > Memphis
