Just my 2 cents:

-#2 QB in the nation coming out of HS

-6' 7", 248lbs

-Has what is commonly agreed upon to be the strongest arm in college football

-Spent a full year at Michigan and for all intents and purposes has spent two springs, two summers, and one fall running and learning the Bobby Petrino playbook. Point being he isn't a lost, wide eyed Freshman.

-Bobby Petrino

Funny how this logic is lost on BAMA's McElroy by most of this board.

A few years ago BAMA had a kid tranferre form Miami and everyone got excited because of where he was trasferring from. I felt all along that if he was so good to start with, Miami would'nt have let him get away. Sure nuff the dude sucked. I know many will feel that this logic does not apply to Mallet because the offense Mich. runs was his reason for leaving but I think it is a thought to consider. Name more than one transfer qb who lived up to the excitement his new school had for him coming. And before you say Snead at Ole Miss look at his td to int ratio. He good, but I'm not conviced he's the second coming ole miss thinks he is.
