NCAA can't say shite, a principal can ban anyone he wants from his campus. Now he can't and should try to stop a school from recruiting a kid if that kid is interested. But they will just have to do it off of school grounds.

evidentally, you didn't read.. that violates the 1st and 14th amendments to the constitution.
