Umm find me these people. I think LSU is still by far and away more talented that Alabama.

Y'all forget that we fumbled into our own endzone and fumbled a kickoff that led to 7 points for y'all. Outside of last night and Tulane it's an arguable point that we played worse against LSU than any other opponent. And yes I'm including Florida.

Y'all didn't get our best either.

That will be argued over and over and again and again. Only thing that matters is what they scoreboard says. I'm sure you felt the same way about the 2007 LSU/Bama game.

Off of this subject let's get back to what I think it your original point...

Most assume that Alabama is far and away the better team and will be next year as well. I would propose that you look at the bowl games and judge based off of that.

No way Alabama is by far and away the better now or next year by any means. I will also argue with your last point as this is rarely the case.

It is good to have carry over from that bowl game and get a good feeling about the program but it rarely effects the next year.

Matter of fact, in comparable situations, i.e. coordinator turnover, just take a look at Auburn last year.
