USC is afraid to play in any bowl other than the rose. They could have played georgia last year but wanted to play Illinois. A team they could wax. ABC and ESPN think of USC as all media networks thought of the great one Obama. Prop them up

So the old adage is do the players make the coach or the coach makes the players. I believe if you have superior players, you will look like a genius.

Not true, they would love to play in the Sugar, Orange, or any other BCS game against a SEC team but the Rose Bowl Committee is obsessed with a tradition and hates the idea of a playoff so they invited the Illini to get crushed rather then UGA. Get your facts right.
