No one said we liked it. Last season we played close games against lsu, aggie, ole miss and bama on the road in consecutive weeks with no bye. They were gassed after that but they did beat Florida on the road..
I won’t mind a break from that at all.

Are you speaking for every single West fan?
Because some of these fools clearly like it
Maybe it's the victim complex factor of it

That graph does NOT prove the West is better than the East. All it proves is that the West played more games vs. ranked teams than did teams from the East. That's all.
Now, do the real homework.
Go back and determine the final record of each team and how they fared against ranked teams in the last 10 years. THAT will determine which division is best.
If you are too lazy (or not smart enough) to do it, well...........I'll go with you're just not smart enough!

Whoever Bama chooses, a lottery, or what? Just curious
There is no choice.
Ole Miss hangs tBanner and aTm prints tCups.
So as it is written, so it will be done.

You have to know what the obvious reply to this is going to be

Maybe so, some of our best talent teams would have faired much better in the east or any other conference. For instance under Petrino we had 2 losses one of those years and they were to lsu and bama and they played one another for the national championship. But east teams beat us as well, it’s a tough conference overall..
I guess one thing about it is we found out during the season rather than being a tcu type of team that got the crap beat out of them in the playoffs.

Its such a shame that Kentucky, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, and Texas A&M will never get to win a division.
Alabama won the first SEC title, the last SEC title , and the most SEC titles in the East/West divisional era, as it should be

There was a thread on this the other day that had the records, that’s how I remembered we had won 12 games.

We have a subconscious sense of southern pride when we think of the western division.

A Strength of Schedule banner? If Nutt was in charge for the last decade, I guarantee we’d have them with matching rings.
