Unfortunately you’re right. We all want Bama to be top dog like it was in the late 2010s but the tides are changing. It turns out Saban was really the only competitive edge Bama had. Hard to see a bunch of west coast wussies losing fewer than 3 games this year.

Well, they've had a NIL program since at least the '40s but it was pay for play back then.

I was at the 3-2 game with a buddy. People forget just how windy it was making it impossible to pass.
But as a Bama fan just going to watch two other teams play with a buddy who was a Auburn fan, I found myself caught between trying not to laugh and not being sad over the fact I had deep down started hoping for the MSU dub 4-3.
The car ride home was complete silence lol
