Carlisle (Arkansas) softball forfeits all wins, spot in Class 2A state tournament

Upon further investigation by the district, it was found to be true. Please know that this is not the fault of our coaches or our players. However, I, as the athletic director failed to get the Changing School/Athletic Participation form filled out on the player. This student came to our district through School Choice, has not been previously coached by our softball head softball coach, and I was unaware that the form had to be filled out based on those circumstances.

Their AD/Principal is a good dude. Really sharp guy. I feel like if the CSAP form wasn't filled out it was for good reason and they felt confident they didn't need to. Hate it for all involved.

Who in the heck delves into something so deep to find this discrepancy? They must be really good or there’s some bad blood somewhere. I’d look at the team who’s taking their place.

Surely not from the AAA. I'm convinced if the Feds ever investigated the AAA they'd find something to bring them down using the RICO statute.
