My “FFS” was not aimed at you. It was the event.

My apologies.

the aggy/horn, i will post compromising pics of your students contest has picked back up again.

The score is currently tied with around twenty thousand images of the other fanbase doing something homoerotic, apiece.

Seriously does the M in A&M stand for military? I can’t find anything that indicates you have ever been a military school?

One of six Senior Military Colleges in the country.

What is the discussion about?

Good job A&M but lot of times companies or ROTC units have their best guys training for the event for months instead of the event serving as a survey of skills acquired.. The Infantry unit doesn't allow people months to solely earn their EIB. You either have it or you dont.

I did a google search that lead to your website that literally says A&M stand for nothing. I’m not joking. It doesn’t stand for military or mechanical. I guess they have to leave it as apart of your name as dropping it would confuse you with the another school. Oh well, bummer. But congrats to your rotc.

It HISTORICALLY stood for “Mechanical”, as it did for pretty much every “A&M” college in the country.

Now, it’s purely symbolic, held over because we are one of only a couple that kept the “A&M” in our name. (As opposed to LSU, Okie State, etc.)

Texas A&M puts more officers into the military than all the service academies combined. And they single handedly won WWII.

Just ask Aggy, they'll tell you all about it.

The funny thing is, every time something new comes up for a&m, they fall back on the same photos of Texas' campus from 8 years ago.

Meanwhile, the cringeworthy things that occur at a&m are weekly (and typically something new each time)

No wonder our military is in deep shite.

This goon and his team just beat every other ROTC unit in the country. LoSerU's ROTC unit didn't have the balls to even enter the competition.

I guess what the rant refers to as our "fake" military is actually tougher than the West Point Cadets.

True...but, all of the West Point Cadets could be aTm ROTC students. How many of the aTm ROTC students could be West Point cadets?

Point of reference:
- aTm acceptance rate is 62.4%
- West Point acceptance rate is 12%

I don’t at all dispute that West Point is tougher to get into, but that stat is a bit misleading. The criteria and hoops of getting into West Point are nothing like a normal school. Academics are only one criterion where you “qualify” (meet the standard).

There are also medical, physical, and probably something else I’m forgetting. THEN, you have to actually get a nomination from either a congressman (Rep or Senator) or via Presidential or Vice-Presidential nomination, and that involves multiple rounds of interviews.
