It is pretty good, but when they last updated it over a decade ago, they left the capacity just around 8k and now it is lagging in that department. Much of the work will have to be along the first and third baselines to increase capacity.

I am guessing since they only approved $80M it is staying where it is. There were more extravagant plans that may have required the entire park to be re-oriented in the existing space or moved to a new space altogether.

Sure beats the old field in the shadow of Kyle Field
