My wife and I take our elderly parents once a month to lose $100 bucks each…it’s what they like to do.
I play the same machine every time and max it out. Sometimes I lose in five minutes and sometimes 45 minutes .
But I’ve never won. Ever.

When casinos first became a thing in the N.O. area I ventured over to Boomtown one night to play some poker. There was a waiting list for a seat at the tables so I wandered over to the slot machines and dropped $20 in one and hit it for over $400.
I got me a comped drink and cashed out and went back to the poker tables and told the guy to take my name off the list since I had already got $400.
He just looked and me, smiled and said "Good move".
