My best friend grew up in Baton Rouge and went to LSU. I grew up in Oxford and went to OM. For 20 years we have gone to the games together every year, and while I've often been disappointed in the results, I've never been disappointed in the trip. I have been disappointed in the fans a few times, however, and I recommend abstaining from verbal altercations but please do join in on the awesome local food and fanfare. There are great folks on both sides, but it is a heated rivalry, and can get out of hand quickly. Have fun!
