I bet you that yall will lose 4-5 games this year in the SEC. This isn’t the Big12 anymore bro.

The kid hired a complete POS gangster from California to negotiate the bidding process. Maybe this is common for highly ranked portal recruits, but word is this was an especially gross process all the way around. OU perfect fit.

Not that bummed about this one- he wasn’t exactly lighting the word on fire this past season and we have some depth already in place at tackle. Hes also less than six feet tall.

No sour grapes.

An entire post of sour grapes claiming no sour grapes at the end.

I would bet that he leaves OU for the highest bidder after this season unless OU was able to do a 2-year deal committment.

He will be a day 1-2 draft pick next year assuming good health.. the kid can play.. so 8 months from now he will be off the payroll

"I can’t wait to get to work with my teammates! You will get my best version and my best effort. I am blue collar and I love to compete at the highest level. God Bless & Boomer Sooner!"

Williams said his father was not part of his life after he turned seven years old. Ever since, he has wanted to be there to support his future children.

Williams was raised by Cicily and his grandmother alongside Joshua and older brother Devin. Williams’ mom twice overcame cancer while he was growing up."

Enjoy this perspective as follows, rumors is that Mizzou got a heads up tip that it was between LSU and OU yet the kids agent/ whatever was on the phone with Mizzou as well...(supposedly trusted tip) trying to drive up the price. Well, Mizzou played along..then it was just Mizzou and OU..and then it was on...with Mizzou jumping off the teeter totter with the paper clips paying an exorbitant price & over inflated price.

Dude wanted more than Luther ¯\_(?)_/¯ ? ... not sure what the results will be come fall..but knowing those selfish types lead to divided locker rooms does give me solace.

Full disclosure, I think everyone of these players should get every penny they can earn. But, have some perspective. Every other kid in the Ou locker room will know what he got,
& there will be some issues, cause this number was insane.

McLellan is a turd.

That's why you're after Williams.

Florida has some problems. Drinkwitz took a chance because he will be coached up and be on a better team than Florida.

Do you really think the transparent offer to his little brother is going to sway his decision? Seems like you are discounting this family's intelligence.

Well, what do you think of his family's "intelligence" now that they have taken OU's desperation offer(s)?

If I were you I'd quickly jump on the "OU foolishly overpaid" or the "this kid is going to disrupt the locker room" bandwagon because the one you were on just crashed.

Ok, his family's intelligence seems on point. This was a well-scripted plan, and executed to perfection. I do, however, question your intelligence in thinking the offer to his brother had any impact. It's red dirt retardation on your part. I know it's not your fault.

Every bit of this sounds made up. Sounds like something the losing fan base would say. Not throwing stones though because the OU fan base does the same shite.

Just glad we ain’t Brokelahoma anymore.

I remembered Florida fans were saying the DLs haven't been able to get to the quarterback and that gives the quarterback time to make a throw or run the ball each time.

You don’t know any Texas insiders.

Your fevered dreams about the dreaded sips and their conspiracies to keep your lackluster program down in the dumps (for a century and counting) have no place here.

Yep, these kids that chase the money and are purely motivated by the highest NIL bids are not players I would want in our program. Been there.

Oh, pu-leeease. Your program has been funneling huge volumes of money to players and coaches, probably 10x more than OU over the past 5-7 years.

HAHAHAHA......he says this as if he 1) has any idea what the "number" is, and 2) while also having Nwaneri sitting on their roster with his locker stuffed full of cash, surrounded by a bunch of 3*s who didn't get a dime in NIL because mizzou can't really recruit.
