What are the chances we can keep Devo?

He’s in the portal but would he come back? Does Cal want him? Is it possible to keep anyone? We need some players from Arkansas on the roster.

I'm a little more sympathetic towards Devo after learning more about how Muss stuck his nose in every job opening there was while he was here.
He loved Muss like a dad. It probably tore him up to see him trying so hard to get out and half-assing his coaching this year, and from what I can tell, Muss isn't calling Devo to ask him to follow him anytime soon. Has to be tough on him.
Having said that, I don't know if he would be able to keep up with the level of team Cal is trying to build here.

I heard it was because he got into it with Muss because Muss had packed it in and was coasting this season.

Love Devo, but we're turning the page. Better to let Cal do his thing without thinking he has some obligations to Devo, or Devo fans.

There are several Devo fans that are really, really high on the kid. Not sure if Cal would want that added pressure.

We don't need quitters on Cal first team here at Arkansas. He can go to the G league or oversees and suck there.

I would like to see Devo under Cal, the players attidude was a direct reflection of Muss’s actions last year behind closed doors. I could be dead wrong on that assessment but I wouldn’t be upset to see Devo finish his career in a razorback jersey

with four years of extreme uncertainty under Muss.. emotional turmoil, and just fricking sucking as a team during the regular season, not to mention the cliff dive of this past season... Devo may need just to move on for his own sake.
I will miss tourney devo, the fierceness and competitor that he can be. I won't miss the drama of Muss/Devo however.

Appreciate March devo last year but I’m ready for the diva to move on. He can worry about breaking nails somewhere else

We still got 11 spots to fill. I think we can hold off on the screw him we don't want him stuff until those are filled.

Devo had his moments, but he quit the team twice. The only drama we want is whether we will win the SEC, and whether we are a 1 or 2 seed for March madness.
