You're making my point, cretin. Get the doctors to adjust your shunt. UGA misses Atlanta and the playoffs for the second year in a row, lets say and the scenario is realistic given that schedule. Atlanta for damn sure.

It used to be "all about national championships" for Alabama fans, until one day it wasn't. Few SEC fanbases have ever celebrated an SECCG victory harder than Alabama fans in 2021 and 2023!

I promise you that we're good. Still comfortably numb from these two national championship trophies in the last 28 months. Breaking the Bear's all-time SEC record for consecutive wins was also pretty fricking sweet.
It's fringe Alabama fans like you that come across as desperate and needing to convince themselves that this is still 2020 and Alabama is still just as relevant now as they were then.

I can’t recall Vol fans ever toning it down. It’s always THE year and when it’s proven that it’s not they blame the rain, the loudness of their opponent or the length of the grass.

I agree with you. But 2020 wasn’t a relevant year. Covid dealt us forfeited games, sick players and coaches and a limited number of fans in the stands. The NC title that year doesn’t mean a thing and should come with an asterisk beside it.
