Drop Georgia, Penn State,.and LSU. Add Nebraska and USC. One school has 5 NCs and 40+ conference championships while the other has 11.NC and roughly 40 conference titles. Also pretty sure both are top 9 in all time wins. (Could be wrong about USC.
The 3 schools dropped can be added to about half a dozen other schools as tier 2.

The only thing that gets dropped these days in the SEC is UT in the rankings, after they their annual bullwhipping by UGA. And it REALLY hurts when you fall from #1, don't it?
