It’s comical how most Tennessee fans’ proudest moment is beating a very bad LSU team in an 11 AM kickoff game, or finally beating Alabama for the first time in like 20 years.

I guess Tennessee baseball choking in 2022 was a lost opportunity for a new core memory to be proud of (btw everyone outside of Knoxville knew that team was overrated). And of course, last year’s Omaha trip was cut short (haha). And then Purdue beat the brakes off of Tenn in the basketball tournament. Also c Tennessee fans have never been able to listen to one of their guys give a heisman speech. And of course, you guys usually don’t even waste your time watching day 1 of the NFL draft, because yall have only had like one guy taken in the first round, in the last decade.

I have seen so many seasons end in purple and gold confetti. LSU has experienced more athletic success in the last five years, than Tennessee has in the last 50 years.

You'll be watching the highlights to that 2022 11 AM game for years to come, while the rest of the sports watching world moved on as soon as the 2023 season kicked off.

Purdue did not beat the breaks off us. We big time outscored them minus Edey's free point throws. Refs wanted Uconn vs Purdue and they got it.
