Team Hurley! LANK! Pulling for him to show up and show out for the real Bama boys that didn’t jump ship.

Who do you take though? ON3 has this guy as the #1 ranked transfer. 247 has him as the #1,023 ranked transfer. That's crazy the disparity.

Can he play linebacker? If not, do not want.

Interesting that Bama isn't one of the 22 schools that have reached out to him

Maybe they agree with 247.

Penn State Safety, King Mack, is in the portal and is expected to visit Alabama this weekend.

Houston corner canceled his visit. Wonder if that's a good or bad thing.

He’s visiting Ole Miss instead.

Yea he got CBd to Ole Miss. Where they getting all of this money lol.

They won’t keep spending good money on bad for long.

All in for next season. Not unlike Ohio State. Not something that’s sustainable for anyone.

Ole Miss has some very wealthy donors and Lane has them excited. You have to realize this is the best their program has been since the 60s. They’re old money and old money is stingy, but if you show reason they’ll spend and Lane has them as a potential playoff team with Heisman candidates.

I can attest, that old MS money is that rich redneck type money

Yeah there's a reason a large percentage of the female population at Ole Miss went there to major in Wifey.

I hope to God we’re not being outbid by freaking Ole Miss. Kind of scary if true.

One of my good friends and fellow bourbon drinker is a large Ole Miss donor. He is legacy money, his dad’s name is on one of the buildings. Likewise another good friend of mine locally donates and has his private jet painted OM colors. His dad started a bunch of car dealerships that he inherited. If any of you guys are from MS you know who I’m talking about.
However, I can’t talk shite, my dad is legacy Bama and a large donor. But I didn’t suckle from the tit like some of these guys.

Ole Miss really is a strange school. Everyone I have met that went to Ole Miss comes from a wealthy family and absolutely none of them major in things that would make you a lot of money. I always thought Mississippi was one of the poorest states, is it not?
Another interesting note is that they have had a ton of Rhodes Scholars at that school. I think Vandy is the only school in the SEC with more

If there are 1000 people who are in poverty for every 1 bro whose dad owns a dealership then it's still poor as frick.

Yes per capita, but there are a LOT of millionaires you would t even know from small towns scattered throughout the state. At one time , West Point had the most millionaires per capita in the state I was told . But yea, overall we are poor

Tupelo has a lot of wealthy Ole Miss alums in town and the surrounding area.
