They have been off to a great start, maybe even historical for Kentucky standards at 29-5, 13-1 SEC play, and 6-0 vs Top 25 teams.

Remaining SEC schedule:
Tennessee
@ South Carolina
Arkansas
@ Florida
Vandy

Do they continue the pace, or do they finally get slowed down? Also, how would they need to finish to host a regional? I think it’s safe to say, they are already a lock for the post season.

Tough remaining schedule but if they stay red hot they can win all of those series potentially

Kentucky is the best team so far with Arky right behind them.

Our remaining schedule is no joke. If we take those series I think we obviously prove our legitimacy. It's been an extremely exciting season so far here in Lexington. I'd expect record crowds next weekend for the Tennessee series. The baseball team is getting just as much talk at work and around town as the basketball coaching search. Never thought I'd see the day. This is the best start in school history. We came up short last year in the super regional v eventual champion LSU. Really hoping we finally take the step to make the CWS.

Kentucky plays the same opponents as LSU did in the first half of season minus SC. That’s a gauntlet right there.

Gonna find out if fools gold or not as 2nd half of your schedule is when the real challenge comes.

Either way, Kentucky already deseves a regional bid.
