His hire hasn't won or lost a game yet. Talk about knee jerk reaction and taking sports a little too serious. No wonder no one wanted that job.

If the AD had knowledge of the situation and did nothing he deserves to be fired.
Did he learn nothing from Penn State.
The President,HR and Board of Directors need to meet and bring in the AD and ask the hard questions. They can’t just egnore this .
