Mountain Home: 0.38% Black
Mountain View: 0.42% Black
Mount Ida 0.40% Black
Mount Pleasant 0.00 % Black
Mountain Pine 17.00% Black
Mountainburg 0.00% Black
There are however approx 75 cities, towns, villages and burgs in Arkansas that are 50% or more made up of Black residents...

Mountain pine high school I know has more than 20% black student body
