There's a family, "group", from Michigan, in a little community I guess called Zinc. They are the KKK group you're talking about. They have an agenda and buy up billboards in Harrison to make the place look bad.

Zinc had snipers in the area and surrounded the BLM people, they got nervous and hauled arse.
