Brian Cole (see the Sports Illustrated article titled “The Best Player You Never Saw.”
He was a two sport athlete in HS and at Meridian High was great FB player who had blazing speed. Chose to focus on baseball post-high school. I don’t want to spoil the story for you all but it is worth a read.
