last night. Lsu just played them first and were eliminated. The Bulls had Jordan and won championships and iowa has Clark. Clark is unstoppable and that's a fact.
Jordan didn't win championships until he got Pippen.
Clark had almost the identical same stats in her game last night as she did in her game against us last year. Difference is ....
We played our worst game against her last year ... and we did it with five different players than we have starting this year.
We had no 3 pt shooters to counter her 3s last year ... we do this year.
Basically the same situation with the pressure of the undefeated streak on the line except for this time it's NC St and former Gamecock Seniya (sp) Rivers rather than Clark.
Clark is obviously beatable, (sic) stopable, based upon their record this season. She hasn't been defended against like she is going to see/be from Hall, Swatkins ... and I suspect occasionally Fullwiley.
LSU definitely had the superior overall roster last night. Reece tweaking her ankle plus that 5th foul call was ridiculous ... that didn't help matters. Clark was unconscious, 41 pts, 12 assists and what ... 8 rebounds? What's that tell us?
Someone didn't do a very good job of defending her ... just like the Gamecocks last year. It's that simple.
BTW, LSU handled Clark just fine in the Championship game last year. What was the difference between last year and this year?
SC would have beaten Iowa last night imho .... and UConn will beat Iowa this coming weekend imho.

some keep saying this, but it really wasnt. defender was moving, but you can move and still get a charge. Reese dropped her shoulder and initiated heavy contact. That charge was the correct call
