Well I stated that there is a video which shows Davis running up to the driver side of the vehicle and trying shoot the driver through the window at point blank range. It’s a pretty alarming video and crazy that the driver wasn’t killed because it was at such a close range.

I provided a Tuscaloosa news article that describes the video and what I saw myself.
