Well, to be honest, many schools said she could not do both and LSU was one of the few that said she could. Pretty sure most of those schools wish they could change their tune on that decision now

Well you need to define what "could not do both" means.

1) a team acknowledges that she is actually capable of doing both, they just don't want a rapper and the baggage it might bring with it. This is likely the most common for other programs that said she "could not".

2) a team literally thinks she can't physically split her time effectively between rapping and basketball. This is probably the one she wants to be true because she can play the disrespect card.

Being a rapper likely isn't any more distracting to a player than any other hobby or interests they have.

From Johnson's own mouth, CKM was the only head coach who agreed to let her do both. Again, per Johnson in her post game presser : "Coach Mulke doesn't care if I am astronaut who landed on Mars. Just be at practice at 1:30"

The answer is number two. She puts a lot of time into her rap career. Many of the schools thought it would be too much of a distraction from her basketball. Kim said do your thing as long as it doesn’t affect your play on the court. She’s basically in the gym or in the studio.
