Because he is STILL INVOLVED in the uaa!!!
Scott Stricklin is just the uaa’s puppet but foley “stepped down” so he doesn’t appear too power hingry to outsiders and gullable Disney gators but trust me he is still running shite through Chip Howard who is in there on the day to day so foley maintains the appearance of distance
Chip is one of the most loyal foleyites and has been with the uaa for like 30-40 years
He’s the worst maybe even worse then foley!
