I've never accepted the talent excuse. You can consistently make the tournament without super-elite talent. It's just that we haven't had a high-end coach since Tubby, who (in hindsight) never should have left.

We have never done a lot with the NBA future stars we have had going back Jumaine Jones, Kentavius Caldwell-Pope, and Ant man.
