Seattle, San Fran, Portland, Denver, OKC, and Sacramento would all be better than Spokane.
And UAH hosted the Frozen Four one year - in Tampa. If you want a Big Sky team to be a First/Second Round host, that's cool. Cal State Sacramento, Northern Colorado, or Portland State could host at the closest NBA arena.
