He returned property to the rightful owner. That guy gave it to someone else who was involved in a shooting. If you left a knife in my vehicle and i return to you, then you give it to a buddy who proceeds to stab someone, I've done nothing wrong or illegal.

So what you are saying is, if you borrowed your friends gun to shoot squirrels off your trailer and took it back to him and he decides to kill his boyfriend, that makes you an ACCOMPLICE to murder. Good to know Georgia Law.
