It's a better job than Alabama but have to think the Big 10 re-org coupled with the SEC starting to become an elite bball conference hurts UM's candidate pool.

Nate Oats is currently making $4.5 million a year. That’s top ten nationally. And the buyout is north of $15 million if I’m not mistaken.
