Well the concrete barrier here is a little over waist high and for someone his height would be very easy to tumble over. This picture doesn’t really capture how far the fall is and how steep that bluff is leading into the river.

I agree unfortunately. Someone should have gotten this guy to the hospital or the drunk tank.
It’s rare to see people in that bad of shape on a public street unless you’re in Memphis or New Orleans.
He wouldn’t have lasted two minutes in Fort Worth like that without a police or ambulance ride depending on his level of combativeness.

This guy follows the path he took towards the river that I’ve been describing. Notice how low the railing is and how far the drop is down to the river. Also, the river was much higher the night he disappeared.
