all that area I'm sure is now developed into a "river walk" type area. Cobblestones and barriers, etc., safe for children within eye shot of their parents, etc., I don't think it's a question of the river so much.

10pm in that section still seems safe as can be, and there'd be people sitting around there holding hands eating ice cream. etc


ETA: yep, I'm wrong, not as developed as I thought it would be

^^Nashville has that area safe. Look, TN is a tourism state. We make sure all the places you'd likely be are alright. I really don't think it's foul play unless he wandered very far away from where he started.

This seems to be the direction of travel as he exits the frame of the video.



Just looking along the riverfront there, it appears to be barricaded by a fence, which then becomes a bridge railing.

So to get to the water, he'd presumably have to climb over/around a fence, or fall over the edge of the bridge.
