I don't think SEC when I think Nashville. Sec basketball tournament is by far the worst of the conference tourneys.

Modern country music is among the world's worst music. It's the stuff you hear at gas stations. It's ok to say it's not good. I feel bad for the people whose lives revolve around it.

Just wait until he discovers most college towns and major cities are liberal. This board never fails to make me laugh at how bad they freak out when they realize most don’t share their dumbass views

Its why so many of them still think Trump won in 2020 "How could Biden win?! I dont know a single person that voted for him!"

Hate to supply a news flash here, but hell yes, the SEC is woke as hell.

Sounds like the same thing that happened to Austin the past 15 years or so. When you have a massive influx of people from California and NY they don't always leave behind what they were running from. Some blend in and are grateful things are different in their new home while others bring with them the same shitty ideas that took down LA, San Fran and NYC...thinking somehow it's going to be different and work this time. I’m not aware of any casinos in TN. The ones bordering in KY and AR garbage, I'm not familiar with any in other bordering states. I don’t particularly care for casinos but they can be fun. I would go to a really nice one like the MGM every once in awhile. You can’t even bet horses in TN.

This will not happen. The market is already over-saturated with Casinos. Sure, you may serve some local Nashville gap in the gaming industry but there are casinos all over the US now, so the travel just to gamble isn't really a thing anymore, except for Vegas, because it's on an entirely different level.

You are crazy. A big time well run casino in Nashville would be a smashing success

I’m not disagreeing with your premise, but what exactly does the SEC have to do with the poo environment in Nashville? About all the conference could do is say “We’re not coming”…

Only problem with that is the universities are peddling the same bullshite to the students.

How long until Harry fills the back of a RV up with ammonium-nitrate and diesel fuel and blows something the frick up? If you were to put all of his posts on here together it would be a pretty solid manifesto

The Political Board toxic leakage around here is out of control and making this a less viable place to discuss SEC sports.

Nashville's efforts to de-countrify country music have been a major annoyance to me my whole life.

This isn't new. Music Row has always been about de countrifying country music and repackaging it for the mass market.

That's why there was the "Outlaw Country" movement and now the "Alt Country" sub genre.

Country music out of Austin is good though, dummy.

You should know this. I thought you knew music?
