Michigan, specifically was very senior heavy. Those that weren't seniors and have a lot of talent are moving on to the draft. Really there wasn't a big pool of players. That and it's Michigan, very well funded and not exactly a horrible place to play ball.

UCLA is a little more surprising. That said, it's not a very talent heavy team. Add to it, there are worse places to spend your college career than in Bel Air and Pasadena.
