Florida should be a tier up, NC State in Tier 5 with two nattys and a good number of ACC titles is low even though they've been pretty mediocre since the 90s.

could see an argument for LSU tier 4 with 4 final fours, most of the other SEC spots are pretty good though

I’m confused what separates LSU from Bama and Tennessee. Tennessee gets way to much fricking credit. Why?

Tourney Appearances
LSU:24
UT: 25
Bama: 24

Sweet 16s
LSU: 10
Bama: 10
UT: 9

Elite 8s
LSU: 6
Bama: 1
Tennessee: 1

Final Four
LSU: 4
Alabama: ZERO
Tennessee: ZERO

Regular Season Championships
LSU: 11
Bama: 12
UT: 11

Conference Tournament Championships
LSU: 1 (Who gives a frick lol)
Bama: 9
UT: 5

LSU hangs their hat on some Final Fours

Lol, says the fan of team with ZERO Final Fours.

Tier 1: UK
Tier 2: Arkansas, Florida
Tier 3: LSU

Bama and Tennessee are middling along with Auburn and Missouri.

Gonzaga is WAY overrated. Just a horrible list.

Auburn is ranked way to high. Historically the 2nd or 3rd worst program, with Ole Miss and Georgia being the other 2 culprits.

I know you’re still getting off the high of your Super Bowl win at Auburn and the subsequent letdown loss, but this is ridiculous.

South Carolina? They have one lone season that has produced a win in the NCAA Tournament in the past FIFTY years.

Texas A&M? They’ve never even made an Elite 8.

Mississippi State? We have the same number of Final Fours. We lead them in Elite 8 appearances 2:1. We lead them in Sweet 16 appearances 5:3. We lead them in Round of 32 appaarances 11:6.

Vandy? We have one Final Four to their zero. We lead them in Elite 8’s 2:1. Since the Tournament expanded to 64 teams in 1985, we have 19 NCAA Tourney wins to their 9.

Michigan has 75 more wins than Alabama all time in football but Alabama has all the hardware. You gotta win when it matters in CBB and Alabama has struggled in doing that.

Nailed it. They always talk hardware when it comes to football, but then switch to non-hardware related accomplishments when discussing all other sports and get vehemently mad if you question their lack of NCAA Tournament success.

Tier 4 (#28 - #47) Alabama, Auburn, Baylor, Creighton, Dayton, Florida, Houston, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State, Missouri, Notre Dame, Providence, San Diego State, Texas Tech, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Xavier, VCU, Wichita State

Tier 5 (#48 - #75) Arizona State, Butler, BYU, Clemson, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami, Mississippi State, NC State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Pitt, Rutgers, Saint Mary's, Seton Hall, St. John's, Stanford, TCU, Texas A&M, UNLV, USC, Utah, Utah State, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest Washington

I’m going to ignore my bias and just rest this argument

Oklahoma state has 2 national championships 1 runner up and 6 final 4s

Alabama Mizzou and Tennessee have a combined zero final 4 appearances and ranked a tier ahead of them.

I rest my case that the author is an 22 year old idiot with a ba In journalism who last played sports in junior high

So Vandy is by far the worst in the conference at both of the revenue sports, yet we keep paying them 65+ million a year to hang out.

Ridiculous my arse. It's documented fact. Don't get mad at me because you don't know your own programs history.

Auburn Georgia and Ole Miss are the three worst programs in SEC history. Get the frick over it.

I literally spouted out nothing but history to show you don’t know what you’re talking about. But you do you.

This must be rankings based on perception of a writer in their mid 20’s based on mental recollection and not research. Lol.

Even if they were in their mid-20s they would have seen UF go to 3 straight Elite 8s and then a Final Four while they were in high school.
