This is the same program that completely ignored a dude bringing a capital murder weapon to a capital murder scene and you think they care at all about an elbow?

Isn't that just a weapon that's used for capital murder? Or is it like an upgrade?

What exactly is a "capital murder" weapon?

Definition -- Capital murder refers to a category of murder in some parts of the US for which the perpetrator is eligible for the death penalty.

Wouldn't any weapon that was used to commit "Capital Murder" be considered a "Capital Murder Weapon" or do we have a special category of weapons listed under "Capital Murder Weapons"?

As I understand it, the Alabama player in question had borrowed an item from another individual and returned that item when asked for it.
