How far away do you think video guys are? They are right there with the team . No way to sugar coat this one . Kelly should have never let that happen… plain and simple .
It's interesting that you lay it all at Kelly's feet yet no mention of the kid's immediate supervisor, the athletic director, or even the president of the university.
There was a four month investigation into this incident, we know what happened. I can only assume you're either ignorant or trolling.

I guarantee the coaches know their video guys. You ever seen a Saban staff meeting? There is huge table full of coaches and the analysts , GAs , video guys etc are sitting behind them… if a coach doesn’t know his whole “crew”, then he is not much of a coach
Now you're moving goalposts, I never said he didn't "know" the student video staff, I said he wasn't directly involved in their day to day operations.
A head football coach is not monitoring and managing the student video crew, that isn't his job. The student video crew is a function of the athletic department and is usually directly managed by a video coordinator who reports to the administrative side of the athletic department.
The video coordinator was the one who ultimately was responsible for the video crew, he made the decision to use the lifts that day, he even issued directions on how high to raise them and kept one member of the crew off of the lifts for her safety.
You can hold Brian Kelly responsible in that he's the "leader" of the football program but that would also extend to the athletic director and president of the university, especially when the actual safety violations all fell under the athletic department's purview.

I think you are the one moving goalposts . Do you think the AD and President of the University are at every practice I am sure the LSU AD let’s Kelly run/oversee football practice as he sees fit.. as it should be
