The Knox News is clearly an unbiased source on this.
And even they admit Tennessee may be screwed.
So, has anyone seen the notice of allegations to Tennessee? What if this isn’t at all about NIL, but instead just a run of the mill case of boosters providing improper benefits?
Per Smokey, Spyre is not a collective. They are just two boosters who, in their own words, are throwing money around to recruit players to Tennessee.
The Tennessee fans would not make every thread about this an Iliad odyssey if they weren’t scared shitless.

Tennessee should be proactive and suspended any athletes who have NIL dealings with Spyer. That would say we're trying to clean our shite up. Because they've basically admitted to cheating by this lawsuit against the NCAA.
IF the Vols don't get ahead of this, it will not be pretty. That repeat violator window is hanging over their heads like a 10 ton block.
