Better hope there is no evidence of a connection between the 2 entities

You better hope Kirby isn't behind this, or he'll be gone once the lawsuits from Nico start to fly.

Even if your conspiracy theory is right, how would UGA or Kirby be in any way liable for anything with UT or Nico?

Even if UGA narc'd on UT and gave the NCAA information that led to UT getting investigated, what could UGA or Smart possibly be liable for? It's not up to UGA to know if the rule is legal or not, so informing the NCAA for a rules violation won't get them in trouble.

Even if it costs Nico a suspension that he then uses to sue for damages, none of it could possibly be put on UGA's shoulders. He could in theory sue UT or the NCAA, but not UGA.

Most conspiracy theories have some sort of thread of logic that they pretend to follow. It appears UT fans don't even feel then need to bother with that now.

It's just "Watch out, you're gonna get sued. No, I can't explain why."
