After LSU beats Bama in November, the series will be 3-3 over the last 6 years. The days of Bama dominating LSU are over.

OU has been preparing for the sec transition for a while now . I think we are half way there . A lot of it comes down to how well the freshman qb progresses in camp. Defense will be OUs best in a long long time .

It's wild that people have seriously convinced themselves of this sort of stuff.
It’s wild the Bama fans think they will still only lose a couple of games after tGOAT left, they hired the 5th coach in line, players left, and now the 5th in line guy lost half the staff he brought with him. Who is going to QB that shite to 9 wins? Plus, you haven’t even seen the potential backlash you might have to deal with over the lies DeBoer told players to keep them from abandoning ship.

I expect it from delusional types like Patrick, though. That's not abnormal.
He'll be wrong (as usual), but continue saying absurd things. When your hatred is as all consuming as folks like his is, there isn't really another choice.

QB was backup all last year so he’s not new
OC was on staff so he’s not new
DC worked with BV and mimicked him at prior job - so not a stranger to BV systems since he ran a BV system.
It would be different if everyone came in new and had no prior workings with OU. QB will be fine. Oline will need a few games to gel. But defense will be really good and they will keep us in every game. Adding the #1 RB in country to go with Sawchuk. WR room will be even better and have speed.
Tx has nothing to talk about. OU beat the best tx team in over 10 years with a transfer qb and OU will be much better this coming season. We will have some losses it’s just a matter of how many. We only have 3 true SEC home games. 4 true road. And then our neutral site game.
In 25 that flips and we get 4 true SEC home games where tx only gets 3. Thats honestly our year to break out. But with a seasoned D, 24 might surprise some peeps.

Texas is laughable at 10.5
Id load up on OU at 7.5 on the over. They will be favored in at least 9 games.
Bama under for sure

Yeah and he had a month to prepare for Arizona and had 4 turnovers... Also has a new QB coach a probably a new system to learn.

I cant say anything negative about Alley. Guy's resume speaks for it's self.

So what are we thinking here, 6-6 or 7-5 I guess? 8-4 is pretty close to 9-3, so I assume that's our the window.

Anyone who thinks bama is going 6-6 or 7-5 next season is insanely delusional
I do believe there will be a drop off and they may end up around the 8-9 wins a year mark but that won’t happen immediately
The concern with deboer is recruiting, not coaching, and that roster is still extremely talented. 12-0 is more likely than 6-6. I think the 9.5 total is probably about right but I’d guess 10-2

Bama goes 8-4 or 9-3 with losses to UGA, LSU, and either one or two of Oklahoma/Tennessee

LMAO. They aren't coming close to 9.
So, Einstein, how close to 9 wins do YOU think bama will be? Enlighten us.

LSU 9.5 at the under is definitely a take. Tigers getting to 9 wins will be tough.
Delusional is some of their fans think they can get to 10 wins and make the playoffs.
