I just posted a few hours ago how any NFL coordinator job is a far better position than coordinating for what is now a minor league semi-pro sport. Of course he should take the Seattle job over Bama or any other college coordinator position, including most college HC positions.

They also thought they were the best team in the nation every year Shula was there. They could suck for the next 100 years and still be claiming they are the best team in the nation because Saban used to coach there. They done it all the years they sucked after Bear.
