looking at huff back further, if you look at the last 8 years (excluding the 2020 year) going to the 2013 season his OL have averaged 1.83 sacks per game. if you go back 4 more years to include the absurd stat years of 2009-2012 at boise where they didnt allow more than .69/game in that stretch, the average is still 1.42 sacks per game. So deboer's scheme contributed considerably to the great sack numbers at washington the last 2 seasons, easily beating the huff coached line average over the years prior to deboer and huff on the same staff
