How does this not create divide in the locker room? I know I’d be jealous if I was on the team

I’m waiting on the o line strike. “No more pass blocking until we get lambos too.”

He's a 5th year senior who spent 3 years on the bench waiting his turn, I doubt there's locker room division over this. Now, a high school kid coming in and getting that kind of treatment could definitely be problematic.

If you have a big Johnson, you don’t need a LAMBORGHINI URUS PERFORMANTE as the elephant pulls out the monkey.

He's the starting QB.

UGA doesn't have recruits with huge NIL deals. But the starting QB at UGA is going to have NIL deals of a million dollars or so. Other big name starters also have big dollar NIL deals.

This avoids a divide because the guys at UGA making a ton of money are the guys who are making huge contributions to the team. You don't have a backup QB who was a big name recruit making more than the starter. It rewards performance.

At UGA, the better you play, the more NIL you make.

A. College football locker rooms have almost always been divided into the haves and have-nots.

B. You have to be a tiny little baby to be mad that someone else is making money.

Who says it doesn't create a divide?

NIL is pure dog shite. If they are gonna pay athletes, distribute it amongst the team.
