Wrong. Regardless of what delusion you have, that isn’t the crux of the issue. The NCAA is trying to say a “booster” is providing pay for play. Not that they helped fly him to campus.

If that’s all it was they’d pay back the flight cost and move on.

Tennessee would move on, doubtful the NCAA would. The NCAA is fighting for its life and control of a multi-billion $ industry...unlikely they would accept $800 and not make a statement. Its not up to Tennessee what the NCAA does.

A booster flying a recruit to town on a visit to school to meet coaches is a major issue. You hope that didn’t happen, but you FEAR it did.
