As bad a con man as Jimbo IS he knew to call foul when Saban called him out on it...deflect, deny, lie, NEVER confess and no matter how red-handed you are act as if you did nothing at all wrong. It works almost every time if you have the money (ATM does) and the connections (ATM does). Unfortunately for Tennessee they are a real program with a real AD...they don't have a con man running the show who understands that when you break the law it makes no matter if it is a big one or a little one...always maintain you did not. UT took the high road last time around, as they should have ethically, but logistically Jimbo knew all along if you lie long enough it will eventually become the truth. Sounds like UT is adapting that strategy but it may be too little too late.
