NCAA cannot allow discovery. This is a bluff, and they picked UT because the LAST time they came after us, we groveled. That's the only reason we were picked. They knew they were bluffing and were hoping their bluff wouldn't get called.

It's been called. And the NCAA knows it cannot allow discovery. To do so would be to end their power over college athletics once and for all.
