Y’all are fricking delusional if you think this ends well for the NCAA. 
The most likely scenario is the NCAA drops all investigation into UT/NIL to avoid the lawsuit and attempts to restructure NIL. Worst case, they go to court and have their balls chopped off for good.

NCAA cannot allow discovery. This is a bluff, and they picked UT because the LAST time they came after us, we groveled. That's the only reason we were picked. They knew they were bluffing and were hoping their bluff wouldn't get called.
It's been called. And the NCAA knows it cannot allow discovery. To do so would be to end their power over college athletics once and for all.
